Anetta Replogle was born on the sunny beaches of Santa Barbara, California till her journey brought her to Las Vegas before she could vote. While enjoying a wonderful career in the gaming and hospitality industry, Anetta was drawn to real estate and developed a passion for fixing houses before house “flipping” was a household name.  What started as a hobby changed quickly, once Anetta drank the Kool-Aid on construction and real estate, she never looked back. After doing her own projects Anetta realized how many people need help and guidance when faced with the excitement, concerns, time demands, and overall stress of moving, and buying a home  TLC was born. 

 

From the deserts of Las Vegas to the freezing winds and snow of North Dakota, through the mountains of Montana and Idaho, and back to her roots in Las Vegas Anetta has successfully enjoyed a wonderful career as a general contractor ( North Dakota) built transitional housing lodges for Veterans, Sold, remodeled and build both homes and commercial properties, placed families in their first homes, as well as relocating families and seniors to start the next chapter of their lives.

 

Anetta has taken her dedication and discipline as a world champion athlete and continued to master her professional crafts by adding to her former North Dakota, and Montana Contractors License, Her Current Nevada Second Hand Dealers License, a Nevada Real Estate license and is proud to represent Love Las Vegas Realty. #S.0183306
